When lodged by Inspector or Customer Service Officer (CSO), based on the option selected for case numbering either BlockUnit or BlockLevelUnit cases are numbered according to the format: Project Code-Hierarchy1(Block)Hierarchy3(Unit)-Serial Number or Project Code-Hierarchy1(Block)Hierarchy2(level)Hierarchy3(Unit)-Serial Number
When homeowners lodge defects, the case number has a -H appended to it
- The project code is defined during the Project Setup.
- The serial number is automatically populated in series according to the number of cases created under each unit. If another case is being created, the serial number will increment by one.
**Please note that the Serial Number for Inspector/CSO and Homeowner run on a separate counter.
