Creating a Meeting - Web

In the Safety module, after selecting the project, meetings can be created based on existing templates.

  1. Click on Meetings
  2. Click on the + icon


  3. Select the Meeting Type Template


  4. Fill in the meeting information then click on the ✓ button to save


  5. Add the attendees to the meeting by clicking on the Attendees tab


  6. Click on the button Add People to Meeting


  7. Select the people who are attending the meeting then click on Add to Meeting


  8. Once the meeting is finished, submit the meeting,

Once a meeting is submitted, the list of attendees cannot be modified anymore. 

Note: Attendees with Novade account can confirm their attendance even after submission.
